I was very pleased with the customer service received from Berena's Automotive Service from the initial contact, during the service, and after the service. I came in with a diagnosis from my long-term mechanic Berena's took the time to make their own diagnosis discovering the problem was not as severe as was suspected it saved me a lot of money, and I have no complaints about the quality of the work done. I will definitely refer family and friends to Berena's Automotive and I am making them my go to mechanic for all my vehicles.

I just wanna say thanks for taking car of my truck after being turned down by six other businesses around yalls area. I was working outta town and my heater hose busted i called 6 places before this one and all refused to stay late and help me But this company said come On in and we will help they stayed over and got my truck back goin this means alot and also the best customer service i ever had again thanks and God bless you and happy holidays i highly recommend these Awesome ppl
